KSU Information Services is replacing the existing phone system with a new Unified Communications Service. This multi-year project will improve communications and collaboration tools used throughout the university. In addition to a new phone, many new features will be available, ranging from voicemail in your email, to making calls from your computer, to one-touch conferencing.
