Windows 7 sound settings for communications devices does not work in Jabber 9.1x

There is a known bug that has been reported to Cisco.  There is currently no known estimated time for a fix.

Under Control Panel > Sound settings under the "Communications" tab, you have set the option for "When Windows detects communications activity" to "Mute all other sounds" (or 80%/50%).  When you receive or place a call via Jabber while in soft phone mode, the background sounds from audio or video from iTunes, Windows Media Player, or any other media service (streamed or locally sourced) are not changed based on the setting (in this case all other audio would be muted).
