Cisco Jabber™ for iPhone is a unified communications application that provides presence, instant messaging (IM), voice, voice messaging, and video calling capabilities on Apple iPhone and iPod Touch devices. Conferencing is delivered with an escalation to the Cisco WebEx® Meetings application on the iPhone.
All services that you have available to you will be configured and connected to automatically, such as chat and email. If you already have a phone device, it will also be connected. However, if you do not have not requested an iPhone mobile (TCT) device be created for your phone line, you will need to contact the Helpdesk to have one created for this mobile application.
